Country Christmas Train

2015 – 7th Annual Event

November 27 – December 27 (check calendar for specific days)

Ride the Handy Dandy Railroad and see the lights and Nativity movie along the way. Visit the church and sing carols. Explore the service station, Gingerbread House, General Store, Doll Museum and all the Arts & Crafts exhibits. Take the tram down to visit the Reid Plantation or ride the horse drawn wagon ride. Make sure to stop by Santa’s cabin for a visit. Food available and more!

Other days: 4:30 – 10:00

or 30 minutes after the last Train Ride

5:30 • 6:00 • 6:30 • 7:00 • 7:30 • 8:00 • 8:30 • 9:00

With your paid admission you will take a lighted walking tour through the park. Stop by and visit the church to hear the story of Silent Night and join in with a few Christmas carols to put you in the Christmas spirit. Pay a visit at the petting zoo and of course ride the Handy Dandy Railroad to see a brief Nativity movie along the way as you enjoy the lights around the park. All food, souvenir and craft purchases are extra.

  • Two poses per child with Santa $5
  • We have different procedures than in the past with less wait time.
  • Pictures will be e-mailed
  • Santa will not be at the Christmas Train on December 26th or 27th

No cameras permitted inside with Santa.

Handicap accessible: Trams provided for transportation for those who can not walk into the park. If you use a wheel chair or any other assistive devices you will need to bring this for inside the park. Train is wheelchair accessible.

Debit and Credit cards are taken at the gate. Please have cash for Santa pictures, wagon rides and pony rides. ATM is located in the General Store.
