So just come on out and enjoy the Denton Yard Sale Day starting at 8am at either of Denton FarmParks entrances!

Dates for the Denton Yard sale days are:
2024 – June 1st 8:00am-12:00pm

2024 – September 7th: 8:00am-12:00pm (set up fee increased due to needing to hire staff)

The Denton Yard Sale Day was created as a way to bring together the entire community and have fun while giving the opportunity to clean out your homes and sell it at an affordable price. It allows the chance to help those who need affordable clothes and can get them at cheap yard sale prices!

We aim to stretch the yard sales from the Denton FarmPark to the town of Denton, making it an activity people will travel to come see and be apart of. We are getting closer to that goal each time a neighbor has a yardsale on the same day! Keeping Denton on the map as a place to visit is very important to us. The reason is, we need people to visit in our beautiful little town and help all the businesses that are apart of it! We can’t do it without our wonderful community and all of your love and support!

*Bath houses on the property will be unlocked these days for your convenience; please help us keep them as clean as possible. Also remember trash goes in Trash bins. We thank you for cleaning up after yourselves so that we can continue to have our Yard sale days.

Everyone PLEASE remember to take your items that you don’t sell back home with you!!!

*We are doing this event as a support for the community and not wanting to have many employees on duty so we can keep this free and cheap!

For those wanting to set up:*** Remember its YARD SELL STUFF ONLY!

You show up at 1072 Cranford rd (main entrance)  OR  4259 Handy Rd (our south Gate Entrance) at 7am that morning and it is $10 per car/truck/trailer load!

We will go ahead and announce that in the Fall the set-up price will be $10 per load (we don’t wish to go any higher than that) 

The price breakdown is $10 starting this Fall. (meaning a unloaded truck with a loaded trailer is 1 load, a car/van with items = 1 load and a Loaded truck with a loaded trailer is 2 loads)

** This is a yard sale Only so if you are a custom/craft vendor or small business then I’m sorry to say you’re not allowed to set up with those items! There is plenty of opportunities to sell that throughout the year! The point of a huge yard sale is to get rid of unwanted items from your homes and to declutter from spring cleaning. Selling the items at a fair or low price makes it easy for your stuff to sell and less items for you to take home!!

*You must provide your own set up; meaning tables, blankets, chairs or anything else you may need is provided by you, we just provide the location and social media advertisement. If anyone in town wishes to add their own home made sign (like the one pictured) to catch the drivers attention leading to the FarmPark that would be appreciated, if anyone has questions please ask. You will have to be at the park NO earlier than 6:00am at our 1072 Cranford rd  OR  4259 Handy rd. Denton, NC 27239 address on the day of the sale. The Sellers will know we “open” at 8am so try to be ready.

Staff will be attending on their day off and will ask you to leave if they feel it necessary, under ANY circumstance, this may not be an event but our family friendly reputation still stands. Lastly this is not a traditional event, so the office will be closed, no fishing is allowed, children must be watched and not allowed to play on equipment or buildings but can play in the pit in the grass while being supervised, nobody will answer phones and the FarmPark is not held responsible for anything should it happen!
